antique Victorian era white eyelet petticoat skirt dates from 1890.
It is made of white cotton batiste with an eyelet cut work bottom
ruffle. This full petticoat skirt has a layered bottom ruffle with
ecru silk ribbon woven through it, and a drawstring waistband for
closure on the back. The petticoat measures 32 inches long, with
a 30 inch adjustable waist. This pretty petticoat is in excellent
clean wearable condition and could easily be worn today as a skirt.
