This vintage Chinese dragon cheongsam dress dates from the 1970s. It is made of a bright sky blue rayon cotton blend fabric, with a white Chinese dragon smoke cloud motif print. This lovely loose fitting floor length shift style cheongsam Chinese dress has a mandarin collar, long full wide bell shaped sleeves, decorative black silk toggles on the front, and a zippered back for closure. There is a "Holiday Fashions Made in California" label size 14 tag sewn inside. The dress measures 49 inches long, with 40 inch hips, waist, bust, and a 15 inch back. It is in excellent clean wearable condition and is a wonderful piece of wearable art with great graphic design.
