antique Victorian era white eyelet layered petticoat skirt dates
from 1890. It is made of a heavy quality white cotton fabric, with
pleating, and embroidered eyelet cut work. This fabulous full floor
length petticoat has a layered skirt ruffle bottom, with two rows
of scalloped eyelet cut work, and a plain bottom hem ruffle underneath.
There is a gathered waist, and open slit back with no closure. The
petticoat is a large size measuring 40 inches long, with a 34 inch
waist. This pretty petticoat is in excellent clean wearable condition.
It could easily be worn today as a summer skirt. $150 |
