Victorian era antique black ostrich feather neck boa collar dates
from 1890. It is made of full fluffy black ostrich feathers. There
are long black silk knotted fringed tassels hanging down from each
side. This beautiful boa, neck collar style small stole measures
26 inches long, with additional 9 inch long tassels on the ends.
It is in excellent wearable condition, with only some minor fading.
