This antique Art Deco ecru net mesh lace embroidered drop waist dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a sheer delicate off white ecru cream color mesh net, with an Art Deco abstract geometric white embroidered and woven design. There are Brussels applique duchesse lace rosette flower trim accents sewn around the dress. This lovely lace loose fitting drop waist dress has a sheer summer sleeveless slip style, with a low scoop rounded neckline and flared full skirt. The top yoke is lined in a sheer net. The dress measures 46 inches long, with 34 inch hips, waist and bust. It is in good clean wearable condition with only a few small holes in the mesh net (see close-up). This is a wonderful piece of wearable Art Deco textile art.
