pair of Art Deco vintage black pleated silk button strap shoes date
from the 1920s. They are made of a black silk satin fabric with
tiny pleated ribbed sides and heels. These elegant evening flapper
shoes have button strap closures on the front instep vamps, and
round toes. They are stamped inside "The La Salle & Koch
Co. Toledo, Ohio". The shoes measure 9 inches long, 2 1/2 inches
wide, with 3 inch high boulevard heels. My guess on size would be
about a 6 narrow width. They are in excellent clean wearable condition
with minor wear, and have been gently worn. $100 |
