made of a plush brown velvet with a dyed green ostrich feather boa
hat band. There is a black jet beaded buckle trim on the front.
This charming hat has a small wide brim and rounded crown. It is
fully lined in black cotton. It measures 25 inches inside crown
circumference. The hat is in good clean wearable condition with
