Edwardian era embroidered wide brim hat dates from 1915. It is made
of a muted pastel orange silk covered with gray woven horse hair
and gray Arts & Crafts style embroidered flowers, gray silk
ribbon trim and beading around the brim. There is gray straw woven
underneath the uneven wide brim. This lovely summer hat is fully
lined in gray silk with a "Pidgeon Hats" label. It measures
22 inches inside circumference. The hat is in good wearable condition.
