Edwardian Titanic era black beaver "beaverette" blank
wide brim hat dates from 1912. It is made of a black napped plush
beaver felt fur, with a large wide brim, and large rounded crown.
The hat is a blank, untrimmed and needs to be blocked. There is
a small inside crown lined in black silk. The hat measures 22 inches
inside crown circumference, and is 62 inches outside circumference.
It is in excellent unworn unfinished condition. $200 |
