1920s. It is made of a tightly woven dyed slate blue colored horse
hair straw. There are tiny lavender and orange velvet flowers covering
the front crown. This stunning springtime cloche form fitting hat
has a wide front brim. The inside crown measures 23 inches in circumference.
There is no inside lining. It is in excellent clean wearable condition.
