Art Deco vintage black straw wide brim cloche hat dates from the
roaring 1920s. It is made of a tightly woven black straw, with a
black silk satin ribbon hat band, black woven horse hair netting,
and a scrolling soutache work medallion trim on the front. This
classic cloche form fitting hat has an uneven oval shaped brim,
with a wide front brim. The inside crown measures 22 inches in circumference.
