This Edwardian black fox fur trim winter hat dates from 1910. It is made of black fox fur pelts, a head set with glass eyes on the top and two tails hanging down the back. This wonderful winter Dr. Zhivago Russian style hat has a small rolled brim, large round shape, with smaller inner crown and would have sat atop a full Gibson Girl style hairdo. It is fully lined inside. The hat measures 35 inches in circumference and is 15 inches wide. It is in excellent wearable condition. $200 |
