Victorian Paper Corset Box. |
| This
beautiful rare Victorian era corset box dates from 1870. The box
is made of cardboard and covered in a pink and gold paper. There
are purple and green flowers decorating the top and sides. On the
lid of the box is a picture of a lady with a blue, white and gold
floral border. The inside and bottom of the box is plain. It measures
18 1/2 inches long 4 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches deep. The box
and paper do have some wear. There is a 3 inch section of border
missing from the top and the corners of the lid are broken. See
