This pair of two Edwardian era large silk tassel tieback lambrequins dates from 1909. The are made of pastel silk with green, pink, mauve and cream colors covering wooden spools. There is braided trim and silk rope tassels. These beautiful unused drapery tiebacks still have the original tags attached which read "Bureau of Social Requirements 1909". These were meant to be hung and used in that building. They each measure 20 inches long with 10 inch long tassels. The tassels are in excellent condition with only a very tiny bit of pink silk fraying from the small wooden balls.
