Victorian era antique gold metallic brocade runner dates from the
early 1900s. It is made of a black background with a colorful silk
lamé brocade design and gold metallic threads woven through
the fabric. There is a fabulous floral pomegranate scrolling design
done throughout. This long oval shaped runner style table cover
is backed in linen with a heavy gold metallic braided trim border
surrounding it. The runner measures 46 inches long and 28 inches
wide. It is in excellent useable condition. This is an exquisite
early textile with a beautiful pattern design! There is some slight
age spotting on the linen backing. $150 |
