This set of antique Chinese perfume and make-up bottles date from the 1920s. Included in the lot is a small glass perfume scent bottle covered with blue silk fabric, and gold metallic couching work designs. There is a cotton tipped, gold painted dauber stick for applying perfume with. The bottle measures 3 1/2 inches tall, and 6 1/2 inches in circumference. Also in the lot is a small round make-up container covered with woven silk fabric trim, blue beads, and a gold metal flower button top. The container opens up into two separate compartments containing a pink rouge on the top, and a white face powder on the bottom. It measures 2 inches tall, and 8 1/2 inches in circumference. This unique rare pair of make-up vanity set containers are in excellent condition, and show some signs of slight wear and use. It is a great piece of antique Chinese textile art.
