Black Lace Gold Jewel Handle Parasol. |
This
antique Edwardian era black lace gold jewel handle parasol dates
from 1910. It is made of black silk with a sheer black net chantilly
lace overlay. There is wood stick handle with an ornate decorative
etched gold and jewel encrusted handle with tusk tooth trim on the
bottom and finial top with a black ribbon bow trim. The parasol
is fully lined and has a metal frame which is in fine working order.
The parasol measures 34 inches long and is 96 inches in circumference
when opened. It is in good condition, with only a bit of the black
silk fabric which has come loose underneath and would need to be
reattached to the spoke frame. $200 |
