It is made of white silk appliqué cutwork with embroidered outlining highlights done in a floral vine leaf design. This sensational shawl style Bertha collar cape capelet has a scalloped edging, large wide round shape, with an open neck over the head style, no closures and is sheer, unlined. There is a "Rustan's Filipiniana Made in the Philippines" label size 16 tag sewn inside. The collar measures 100 inches in circumference around the bottom and has a 28 inch neck. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable lace art!
