This amazing Art Deco vintage gold lamé lace belted sash scarf shift kaftan flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a gold metallic silk lamé damask weave brocade fabric with a woven abstract floral leaf design and sheer gold metallic lace flower pattern sleeves. This fabulous flapper dress has a loose fitting shift kaftan tunic style, with sheer gold lace long full sleeves, a lace trimmed open front low neckline, front waist small slit opening for perhaps the sash belt to be woven through and is unlined. The dress measures 45 inches long, with 46 inch hips, a 46 inch waist, 42 inch bust and 22 inch long sleeves. Included is a matching gold lamé fabric long scarf sash stole shawl which measures 118 inches long and 6 inches wide. It is in good as-is condition, has not been cleaned, with some tarnish discoloration in areas on both pieces (see close-up). This is truly an extraordinary piece of Art Deco textile art which would be great for design!
