This vintage Art Deco black silk gold lamé long feather flapper coat jacket dates from the 1920s. It is made of a black and gold metallic lamé thread woven fabric in a fluffy feather plume design. There is a green velvet trim neck tie scarf closure woven around the padded high collar neckline. This fabulous flapper coat jacket has a loose fitting long mid length style, with layered shoulder trim, long full sleeves, front patch pockets, an open front and is fully lined in a bright kelly green silk fabric inside. The coat measures 36 inches long, with a 36 inch bust, 38 inch waist and 21 inch long sleeves. It is in good condition, with only some slight faint tarnish discoloration in areas. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable Art Deco textile art!
