It is made of a colorful rainbow stripe silk ribbon with a unique crimped curl technique trim encompassing the hat. This sensational summertime cloche style helmet hat has a small beige silk brim. It is lined inside in a silk fabric which is shattered and there is a "Mary Louise Hat Shoppe Exclusive Millinery 733 So. Vermont Ave. Los Angeles, Calif." label. The hat measures 23 inches inside crown circumference. It is in good condition and the only damage is to the inside silk lining which needs to be removed (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable millinery art!
