This pair of antique Victorian era blue velvet white dot baby boots child shoes date from 1890. They are made of a dark midnight blue velvet fabric upper boot, with hand painted white polka dot flecks and a black patent leather bottom shoe, with decorative white stitching. These darling little children's infant baby boots have a rounded toe, lace-up front and hard leather bottom soles. The boots measure 5 inches long, 2 inches wide and 3 inches tall. They have been gently worn, with some scuff marks on the toes. Also the original shoe string laces are missing and have been replaced.
