This vintage Japanese colorful floral rayon kimono robe coat dates from the 1920s. It is made of a rayon silk blend textured damask brocaded fabric, with a vibrant colorful floral print design. There is a contrasting floral print trim on the neckline, front opening and a vivid blue bottom hem. This lovely loose fitting kimono robe style coat has long full wide flared sleeves and a open front with no closure. It is unlined and has an older "Made in Japan" label sewn inside. The robe is a large size, one size fits all, measuring 46 inches long, with 52 inch hips, waist, bust and a 18 inch back. It is in excellent wearable condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art which could easily be worn out today.
