pair of unworn antique Victorian era black high button baby boots
date from the 1870s. They are made of a supple black leather, with
6 black buttons down the scalloped edged sides for closure. They
have squared toes, hard leather soles stamped on the bottoms "Barr's
St. Louis" and scalloped tops lined in a white kid leather.
The boots measure 3 1/2 inches tall, 5 1/2 inches long and 1 3/4
inches wide. These charming child's high top button infant baby
boots have never been worn and are in excellent condition.
