vintage embroidered natural straw summer flapper cloche hat dates
from the roaring 1920s. It is made of a tightly woven natural straw
fabric, with cream and orange embroidery work, straw leaf and ecru
silk fabric quilted stitching appliqués. This fabulous form
fitting flapper cloche style hat has a slight rolled side flap and
would make for a wonderful Great Gatsby summertime picnic hat. It
is fully lined in an iridescent yellowish orange silk fabric lining.
The hat measures 22 inch inside crown circumference and is in excellent
clean wearable condition.
